Espejos 2006

Espejos is an art mentorship program sponsored by Intermedia Arts in Minneapolis. The program goal is to develop Latino/a emerging artists with beginning experience in art-making and public art exhibition of their work in the United States. In 2007-08, we will focus on visual arts (painting) and literature (poetry and short story).

This year's Espejos mentees are Misael Lopez (Visual Arts) and Flor Marienela Molina Rodas (Literary Arts).

The participants will work with two mentors:
Teresa Ortiz – literature (poetry /short story)
Cecilia Pino Godoy – visual arts (painting)

Espejos es un programa de mentoría de artistas patrocinado por Intermedia Arts en Minneapolis. La meta del programa es apoyar a artistas emergentes en la comunidad latina que tengan algo de experiencia en el arte y no hayan exhibido su arte en los Estados Unidos. En 2007-08, nos enfocaremos en el arte visual (pintura) y en la literatura (poesía y cuento).
