Since 2005, Intermedia Arts’ Queer Voices reading series has been creating a safe space for LGBT writers and audiences to explore the day-to-day material of life without internal or external censorship. Curated by John Medeiros and Andrea Jenkins, Queer Voices is the longest running series of its kind in the nation. The March 2016 Reading featured work by John Medeiros, Andrea Jenkins, Nikolas Martell, Gary Eldon Peter, Gary Eldon Peter, and Trina Porte.


ABOUT QUEER VOICES
Queer Voices: An LGBT Reading Series celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2015, now the longest-running series of its kind in the country. Curated and hosted by Andrea Jenkins & John Medeiros, Queer Voices creates a safe space for LGBT writers and audiences to explore theday-to-day material of life without internal or external censorship. Featuring both emerging and established LGBT writers, Queer Voices offers writers and audience members an opportunity to share insights on content, style, and the cultivation of unique queer voices in the literary landscape.
